This is easily digestible and very popular across India..In most of the places people make it as Breakfast..
Ingredients
2 Cups Poha
1 Small Onion
1 Tomato
2-3 Green Chilies
6-8 Curry Leaves
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tea Sp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tea Sp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Groundnuts
1/4 Tea Sp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
Wash the Poha with water and drain the water completely and keep it aside..
In the meantime chop the Onions, Tomato and slit the Green Chilies into half.
Take a Cooking Vessel, heat Oil and add the Mustard Seeds and let them popup then add cumin seeds and Groundnuts and fry till light golden.
Then add chopped onion and green chilies and curry leaves and fry till onion become soft..then add the chopped tomato and fry till the moist is evapourated..
Now add the Turmeric powder and Poha and stir well to combine all the ingredients..
Add Salt to taste, mix well and remove from heat..
( Optional -You can sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves )
Serve Hot !!!
