Baby Corn Satay


Baby Corn Satay
It is easy, non-fussy and most of the ingredients are readily available in the kitchen.


Ingredients
  10-12 Baby Corn
   Oil for frying
   
For Marination
   1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    1  Tbsp Soya Sauce
    1/2 Tbsp Honey
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1/2 Tbsp Chili Flakes
    Salt to Taste


Clean the Baby Cor
In a bowl, add soy sauce, honey, ginger-garlic paste & mix well.
Add lemon juice, chili flakes & salt.
Add the Baby corn & set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat 1-2 Tbsp of Oil in a frying pan and place the marinated baby corn one by one..
Pour the excess marinade on the baby corn and cook for 5-6 mts
Serve Hot with Sauce!!
