Tomato Dosa is a crispy & tasty culinary delight , that tastes unique as they sound..!
Preparation & Cooking Time - 15-20 mts, Soaking - 2-3hrs
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Raw Rice (Wash & Soak the rice for 2-3 hrs)
3-4 Tomatoes
3-4 Red Dried Chilies
1 Tbsp Jaggery
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Grind the Rice along with Tomatoes,Coriander Leaves, Red Chilies, Jaggery & Salt to form a Dosa Batter.
Heat the Dosa Pan and pour a ladle full of Dosa batter, spread the batter with the bottom of the ladle evenly to form a dosa & drizzle some oil along the edges.
When it turns slight brown,flip it to the other side and cook for few seconds.
Enjoy with the best combination of your choice ( Like Chutney or Podi ) !!!!
