Ingredients
1/2 Kg Carrots
1 Cup Boiled Milk
1 Cup Sugar
A Pinch of Cardamom Powder
4 Tbsp Ghee
For Garnishing
Cashew Nuts & Badam
Wash, peel & grate the Carrots.
Heat a pan with 1 Tbsp of Ghee and roast the Cashew nuts & Badam and keep aside.
Add the remaining ghee and heat.
Put the grated carrot and saute on low flame till the raw smell disappears.Carrots should be tender and lightly change in color.
Add the Milk and cook on low flame till the milk is absorbed completely.
Add the Sugar,mix well and saute till the Ghee leaves the bottom of the vessel.
Add Cardamom powder and stir continuously.
Finally garnish with the roasted Cashew nuts & Badam.
Serve Hot or Cold.......
